1 Introduction to the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 96baji platform ("Platform", "Site", "Service") and its users ("Member", "you"). By registering on 96baji or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply alongside these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Changes to the Terms

96baji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the services on 96baji, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are using the platform voluntarily and for entertainment purposes.
• You are not accessing the platform from a region where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• You are managing the account on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.

Opening an account for a minor is strictly prohibited. If this condition is violated, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be forfeited.

4 One Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Opening more than one account under the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same household is completely prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all related accounts being closed, and any bonuses and winnings will be voided.

5 Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If any information changes, the member is required to notify the platform immediately. 96baji reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false information has been provided.

6 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Giving any third party access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our Support Team immediately.

7 Deposit Rules

The following conditions apply when depositing funds on 96baji:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Only deposits from a payment account registered in the member's own name are accepted.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are strictly prohibited.
• 96baji reserves the right to carry out verification for any unusual transactions.

8 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are typically completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if wagering requirements linked to a bonus have not been met.
• 96baji reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold while a verification process is ongoing.

9 Anti-Money Laundering

96baji is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the platform reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and take necessary action. Members may be asked to submit documents required for identity verification (KYC).

10 Welcome Bonus

96baji offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳6,000 will earn the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

A wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) applies to use this bonus.

11 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer will have its own validity period and wagering conditions, which will be stated in the offer description.
• Funds related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus conditions have been met.
• If an attempt is made to earn a bonus through fraudulent means, the account will be closed and the bonus will be cancelled.
• 96baji reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer.
• Weekly cashback under the VIP program — Bronze: up to 0.2%, Silver: up to 0.5%, Gold: up to 0.8%, Platinum: up to 1.0% — is subject to its own terms and conditions.

12 Fair Play

96baji is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gaming. All games used on our platform are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Using any external software, bots, or automated methods to play games is completely prohibited.

13 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Bonus abuse or advantageous betting strategies (bonus abuse, arbitrage betting).
• Exploiting any technical error or bug.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Uploading or transmitting any malware, virus, or harmful code to the platform.
• Belittling, threatening, or harassing other members.

Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

14 Technical Errors and Disputes

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server or network issue, 96baji will attempt to restore the session from the last verified state. In the event of any dispute, the platform's server records will be considered the final evidence. Any complaint must be reported to our Support Team within 72 hours.

17 Limitation of Liability

96baji is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: service interruptions, data loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity. Members use the platform entirely at their own risk.

18 Service Availability

96baji strives to ensure uninterrupted service 24/7, however temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected technical issues. 96baji is not liable for any financial loss during such periods.

19 Third-Party Services

Our platform may include services from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others). 96baji is not directly liable for the quality or performance of these third-party services; however, we always strive to work with the highest-quality partners.

20 Account Closure by 96baji

96baji may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Violation of the age requirement.

21 Account Closure by the Member

If a member wishes to voluntarily close their account, please contact our Support Team. Before the account is closed, all pending wagering requirements must be met and any eligible balance must be withdrawn.

22 Responsible Gaming Policy

23 Protection of Minors

24 Applicable Law

These Terms will be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international law. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, any valid alternative dispute resolution method agreed upon by both parties will apply.

25 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between 96baji and the member. If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
